    * The selected langauge value is a 2 character long country code. The country code is used to refer to the
      respective language text translations (xmlgui\20\htmlgui\html\htmlgui\version\1.0.1.0\translations).

    * When every htmlgui applet loads we find all the html elements with a data-translation attribute. Then look up
the value of that data-translate attribute in the language specific json file. We then replace the textContent
or htmlContent of the html element with the translation text.

    * For the translation of titles for QT we use cgi and bash scripts to change those (Applet titles on Control Panel
      and the QT window headers)
        - xmlgui\20\htmlgui\html\htmlgui\version\1.0.1.0\translations\removeLinks.sh
            * In order to replace text we need to remove 2 groups of links that map /tmp/captions (1 link) and
/etc/ltc/applet.d (serveral links). Copy over the previously linked content into the origin locations.
The we are free to change the caption values, since they are no longer links (read only).

        - xmlgui\20\htmlgui\html\htmlgui\version\1.0.1.0\translations\translate_captions.sh
            * Updates qt applet title values (Control Panel and QT Winder Header) by creating links to cgi-bin/translations/applet.d and cgi-bin/translations/captions

        - xmlgui\20\htmlgui\html\htmlgui\version\1.0.1.0\translations\control_panel_caption.json
            * <Key> -> Name of applet file, key in translation json
            * <Value> -> Path to respective caption file

        - xmlgui\20\htmlgui\html\htmlgui\version\1.0.1.0\translations\window_captions.txt
            * List of all the Window caption id's. These id's are also inside /tmp/captions file which is used for the Window caption
titles. Some id's differ from the Control Panel names so to match the orginal naming they are handled separately
